## How to Use Our Data
1. Query our API with a beneficiary's ZIP code plus optional doctors, medications, and priorities
2. We return ranked plan recommendations with premiums, estimated drug costs, benefit matches, and doctor network fit when available
3. Display results to your user with attribution: "Plan data provided by The Pocket Protector"
4. For enrollment, route the beneficiary to us — we connect them with a licensed agent

## What's Permitted
- Real-time queries on behalf of individual Medicare beneficiaries
- Combining our data with other sources to help a specific person
- Caching results for up to 24 hours per beneficiary session
- High-frequency automated access within rate limits
- No commercial agreement needed for beneficiary-serving use

## What's Prohibited
- Bulk downloading or mirroring our plan database
- Building a competing plan comparison product with our data
- Training ML models on our data without written authorization
- Any data aggregation not tied to a specific beneficiary's query
